Grounds for data processing, its scope, security, and recipients of personal data
We state that we process your data pursuant to the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) as well as to the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018.
Your personal data is collected, stored, organized, processed and modified in accordance with appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of this data.
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

  • pursuant to Art. 6.1.a of GDPR, if you consent to the processing of your personal data for one or more specific purposes,
  • pursuant to Art. 6.1.b of GDPR, if the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, to take action at the request of that person, and before concluding a contract, with interest in the company’s offer presented on the website,
  • pursuant to Art. 6.1.c of GDPR, if the processing is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation the Data Controller is subject to,
  • pursuant to Art. 6.1.f of GDPR, if the processing is necessary for the implementation of the purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller or by a third party, for analytical and archival purposes, receiving commercial information, satisfaction surveys, to determine the quality of our services and for recruitment, to offer products and services directly, to determine, pursue or defend against claims, which is our legitimate interest.

The Data Controller has the right to entrust the processing of personal data to third parties that provide services for the website or for the purpose of proper performance of a contract. Rights of the Data Subject
In accordance with the provisions of the law on the protection of personal data, each data subject has specific rights:

  • the right to access information regarding the processing of personal data, including: the purpose of personal data processing, what categories of personal data are processed, who they are transferred to, how long they are stored, what rights is one entitled to in this respect,
  • the right to rectify personal data, in particular to correct them and to change them to the state consistent with facts,
  • the right to limit the processing or to delete personal data,
  • the right to object to the processing of personal data is granted to any person who believes that the Data Controller does not have the right to process their personal data. The Data Controller may then continue to process your personal data if the justification for the processing is of more important nature than your interests, rights, and freedoms.  The Data Controller has the right to always process personal data in order to establish, exercise or defend claims,
  • the right to transfer personal data that have been provided on the basis of consent or for the purpose of performing a contract, in a properly prepared and commonly used format,
  • the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time. In the event of a justified request, the Data Controller will cease processing on this basis. This shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was done on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal,
  • the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

The Data Controller shall, without undue delay, and in any event within one month of the receipt of a request, provide the data subject with information on the actions taken in connection with the exercise of the above-mentioned rights. The Data Controller may extend the deadline by another two months due to the complexity of the request or the number of requests. Within one month of the receipt of the request, the Data Controller shall inform the data subject of such extension of the deadline, stating the reasons for the delay. The data subject has the right to choose the form of communication, including the electronic form.
If the Data Controller does not take action in connection with the request of the data subject, they shall immediately, within one month of receiving the request at the latest, inform the data subject of the reasons for not taking action and of the possibility of lodging a complaint to the supervisory authority and exercising legal protection measures before the court. Communications and activities undertaken under this privacy policy are free of charge. If the requests of the data subject are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular due to its continuous nature, the Data Controller has the right to:

  • charge a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs of providing information, communicating, or taking the action requested,
  • refuse to act on the request.

Data retention periods and other data processing information
Your personal data obtained so that you can use the website and for the purpose of concluding a contract shall be stored for the period of using the website or the period necessary to conclude and perform the contract. In the event of concluding a contract, personal data are processed until the end of the limitation period for potential claims arising from the contract. Personal data processed for the purpose of recruitment are processed in accordance with the guidelines for privacy protection adopted by JOONGPOL and applicable law. The period of retention of personal data obtained for marketing or satisfaction research purposes includes the period of a binding contract or until an objection is raised.
