JOONGPOL company based in Mielec is looking for employees for the following positions:
Chief technologist
From the candidate we expect:
- higher technical education (or chemistry),
- experience in a similar position,
- fluent knowledge of technical drawing,
- knowledge of basic technological processes,
- English language skills,
- analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
- teamwork skills and good organization of own work..
In addition, we welcome:
- knowledge of AutoCAD and Solid Edge,
- knowledge of Comarch ERP XL – Production module.
The duties of the employed person will include, among others:
- developing new and improving existing technologies,
- creating technological documentation,
- conducting technological trials and matters related to testing products to meet customer and technical approvals requirements,
- conducting research and developement works,
- cooperating with the marketing department in terms of creating new products,
- supervision over the proper implementation of activities arising from the procedures of the ISO quality management and environmental management systems in the production and processing area,
- maintaining system documentation relates to the process desing department.

Maintenance technician
From the candidate we expect:
- technical education (electrical, electromechanical or electronic),
- SEP group 1 qualifications – minimum up to 1 kV,
- knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and industrial automation systems,
- the ability to solve problems and work under pressure,
- skill in using technical documentation,
- independence and readiness to work in a 2-shift system,
- teamwork skills,
- at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
In addition, we welcome:
- knowledge of PLC controllers,
- SEP group 2 and 3 qualifications,
- UDT qualifications for mobile platforms and forklifts,
- TIG, MIG-MAG welding qualifications,
- skills and knowledge to perform electrical measurements.
The duties of the employed person will include, among others:
- supervision over the efficient functioning of production machines and devices,
- participation in the work carried out by the maintenance department: malfunctions, renovations, investments and modernizations,
- performing periodic inspections of machines and devices,
- reporting, in a system, of performed activities.
